Law

    Law is the implementation and enforcement of government by the people to reflect the needs and will of the majority, however, not at the expense of the minority.  It is an elected government's duty to be the non-biased mediator of dispute’s involving differences of opinions.  The resolution of there differences may or may not become law.  For this reason Government must hold no financial interest in disputed issues, other than that which is a lawful tax.
